Today, we at Spider Personnel are happy to announce that we had been nominated for the Westpac Auckland Business Awards.

Westpac Auckland Business Awards are given by Auckland Business Chamber annually. Auckland Business Chamber is the largest business organization in New Zealand and is part of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce network. The awards have been in the spotlight for the past 15 years. It has been featured prominently in Auckland’s business calendar.

These awards honor creativity and innovation in the business sector. This nomination is precious for us because a customer, a client, or one of the business contacts should nominate your name. So when a business is nominated, it means you are being honored for the service you have provided. This nomination has acknowledged our philosophy, ‘to do the basics right.’

Over the past 30 years, we had been serving customers from Auckland. We are proud of the strong foundation we have. As Colin Powell, the Former United States Secretary of State, said: “There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” We built our business on the pillars of transparency, mutually rewarding relationships, nationwide service, around-the-clock customer care, and productive communication.

Our company’s success has been molded on our backbone, the consultants. Our consultants are highly experienced in recruitment and are trade qualified in their particular fields.

When we planted this company, we did decide not to be another recruitment agency. We wanted our candidates to be as satisfied as our clients are. Our success story goes in line with theirs too.
